Refund Policy for Customized Printing Products

At bannerstickersprinting, we take pride in offering high-quality customized printing services, including but not limited to flyers, vinyl banners, stickers, one-way vision signs, ice cream cups, milkshake cups, coffee cups, T-shirts, hoodies, and polo shirts. Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of personalized and made-to-order products, our refund policy has specific terms and conditions.
1. General Refund Terms
All customized or personalized products are non-refundable unless defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original method of payment.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
We do not issue refunds for buyer’s remorse or if the customer changes their mind after order confirmation.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or with manufacturing errors:
Custom Printed Flyers
Custom Vinyl Banners
Custom Stickers (including die-cut, sheeted, or roll)
One-Way Vision Vinyl Prints
Personalized Paper or Plastic Cups (ice cream, milkshake, coffee)
Printed T-Shirts, Hoodies & Polo Shirts
3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
The product you received is defective, damaged during delivery, or not as ordered (wrong size, wrong artwork, etc.).
There are clear printing issues or spelling errors caused by our production team (not submitted by the customer).
The item arrived later than promised, and the delay was caused by our team or carrier.
4. What Is Not Covered
Design errors provided by the customer (e.g., typos, low-resolution images).
Color variation: Minor variations in color (5–10%) are normal due to digital vs. physical printing limitations.
Customer approval delays or missed deadlines due to late artwork submission.
Incorrect file formats or poor image quality provided by the client.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.
Provide a clear photo of the item showing the defect.
Include your order number and description of the issue.
If the issue is verified, we’ll either:
Offer a free reprint/replacement, or
Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the case.
6. Returns
Since all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless specifically requested by our quality team for inspection.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order if production has not started.
Once printing begins, no cancellations or refunds can be issued.
8. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, weather, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information.
If the delay was our fault, we may issue a partial refund or reprint the order with express shipping.
9. Bulk Orders
For bulk or wholesale orders, minor print variations may occur. This is considered standard in the industry and not valid for refund unless the defect affects usability.
10. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute, we encourage customers to contact our support team first.
We strive to resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Legal action is only considered after all communication efforts have been exhausted.
