8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because products are custom-made:

10. Manufacturing Defects

If a product has a genuine defect, customers must provide:

11. Shipping & Delivery

  • Production time: 5–6 working days after approval
  • Delivery times are estimates only

12. Urgent Orders

Express services (24, 48, 72-hour production) are available at additional cost.
